Prior to starting Ommi’s brand, Omar had over twenty years of experience working under Matt Moran at several respected restaurants such as Aria, Chiswick and Barangaroo House. With excessive passion about fine dining and his cultural roots, the chef started the brand Ommi’s Food to offer contemporary Asian-inspired fine food that can be easily enjoyed at anywhere.
