ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:

All Order Online food can be placed via our website. Catering Event quotes can be requested via phone call, Email or visit our Summer Hill shop. Please check Contact us. Our friendly customer service team is also more than happy to answer any of your questions over the phone prior to receiving your written request.

Pickup is available from our Summer Hill Store.

We request for please your online order 3 business days in advance.

Online order for Monday, cut off is 3pm Wednesday.
Online order for Tuesday, cut off is 3pm Thursday
Online order for Wednesday, cut off is 3pm Friday.
Online order for Thursday, cut off is 3pm Monday.
Online order for Friday, cut off is 3pm Tuesday.
Online order for Saturday, cut off is 3pm Wednesday.
Online order for Sunday, cut off is 3pm Wednesday.

Last minute orders may be accepted between 3pm and 5pm subject to availability, please contact us

Requests that are sent through after business hours will be viewed the following morning. Late orders are accepted based on availability and may not have a choice of all menu items. Late orders accepted will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Delivery times

Monday to Sunday: 10am to 7pm

All deliveries will have a 1 hour window

 

DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND & FEES:

Monday to Sunday: $500 + GST per delivery.

Public Holidays subject to availability, contact us now

Minimum spends exclude delivery fees.

10% surcharge will be apply on Saturday and Sunday

15% surcharge will be apply on public holiday.

Credit card surcharges may applied.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Payment is required in full upon ordering.

All item prices on website exclude GST.

Prices are subject to change.

Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability.

 

CHANGING ORDER :

For any order adjustment, please send your changes in writing to hello@ommiscatering.com.au quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries at least 3 business days notice.

 

DELAYS ON YOUR DELIVERY:

In the event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

A minimum of 3 business days notice is required to cancel most orders (except custom "Catering Event" order).

A 95% refund will be credited directly to your credit card or bank account. We will take 5% service and credit card surcharge fee off.

Cancellation with less than the required lead time will result in 100% charge to cover costs and no refund will be available.

Custom "Catering Event" orders require to pay at least 50% deposit on the day when event sheet is created. Full amount requires to pay off 7 days before the event date. No refund can be made when the price is paid.

 

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

If the goods or services received are defective or not fit for purpose, a full refund or replacement may be provided. Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice. This replacement extends to damage caused in-transit or food not being delivered based on order requirements. Where the impact is deemed minor in nature and does not substantially impact the order or the service, a Store Credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund or replacement.

We guarantee that our goods:

  1. Are of acceptable quality. This means they will be safe, durable and free from defects. They will be acceptable in appearance and finish, and do the job such things are usually used for.
  2. Match the description given to you although it may differ slightly in presentation as products are all hand-made.

Where Store Credits are offered or provided, these are;

  1. Not redeemable or transferable for cash
  2. Must be used within 3 years of issue
  3. Cannot be swapped or substituted for a varied service, must be used for a like to like product or offering
  4. Once used cannot be re-established
  5. Cannot be split in value, the entire credit value must me used at the one time
  6. Credit cannot be transferable between customers of companies

How do I contact the Ommi’s Catering if I feel that I am eligible for a Replacement, Refund or Credit?

Within a 24 hour time frame after the order date, email hello@ommiscatering.com.au and place in the Subject Title: Refunds or Credit and your Business Name. We welcome you to attach images explaining your questions. Please provide details about the manner in which the goods fail to serve their purpose, or you deem not up to standard.
